P&L E-Communications, LLC (PLE) was founded in 1999 and specializes
in the test, evaluation, productization and integration of commercial video analysis software products for military defense and
commercial security systems. PLE's mission is to identify useful computer vision research projects to commercialize and develop
advanced defense and security products for warfighters and imagery intelligence analysts and then produce useful products for
their use. PLE is partnered with researchers at the University of Rochester, Rochester Institute of Technology, and Air Force
Research Labs (AFRL), and with systems engineers and users at Air Force Electronic Systems Command (ESC) requirements and test branches. Please see
our Government Services Website for more information.
PLE also provides a wide range of professional engineering services
focused on the integration of commercial video surveillance and AVT234 video analysis products into host display/ annunciator
applications. We provide complete new installation and/or integration with existing surveillance systems for detection,
assessment, prevention, and warning of intruders along with associated communications networks and controls. We provide
documentation, logistics support and training for all systems supplied with the benefit of years of experience.

Target Motion Cueing (TMCİ) - advanced video analysis software that provides an incremental improvement to existing systems by providing automated change detection at the
pixel level while significantly reducing false alarms. TMC can be used with sensors made by any sensor manufacturer. This is core functionality.
Target Trajectory Mapping (TTMİ), to organize pixels detected by TMCİ into groups such as vehicles and people to propagate the identity of the detected groups
from frame to frame to track location, velocity and size. TTM makes it possible to predict where an object might be in the future
and only works with TMCİ.
Target Attribute Classification (TACİ) is used to combine camera information along with some calibration data to provide mapping
of detected groups to real world coordinates to aid in identifying targets. TACİ only works with TMCİ and TTMİ combined.

Our Staff
Personnel areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, degreed
engineers in the Aerospace, Imaging, Software Engineering, and Manufacturing, and Construction industries. In short, PLe has what it takes to perform for you.
Our Processes and Our Quality
PLE approaches all projects, both large
and small, with a commitment to performance, excellence, . We learned very early
on that successful development requires multiple skills and
clear processes to deal with the often complex nature of our projects.
