P&L E-Communications, LLC (PLE) was founded in 1999 and specializes in the test, evaluation, productization and integration of commercial video analysis software products for military defense and commercial security systems. PLE's mission is to identify useful computer vision research projects to commercialize and develop advanced defense and security products for warfighters and imagery intelligence analysts and then produce useful products for their use. PLE is partnered with researchers at the University of Rochester, Rochester Institute of Technology, and Air Force Research Labs (AFRL), and with systems engineers and users at Air Force Electronic Systems Command (ESC) requirements and test branches. PLE also provides a wide range of professional engineering services focused on the installation and integration of commercial video surveillance and AVT234 video analysis products into host display/ annunciator applications. We provide complete new installation and/or integration with existing surveillance systems for detection, assessment, prevention, and warning of intruders along with associated communications networks and controls. We provide documentation, logistics support and training for all systems supplied with the benefit of years of experience.
